Riva dei Perari Recioto di Gambellara Classico DOCG

During the harvest the most sparse and healthiest Garganega bunches are chosen. They are placed in small boxes inside special locales called “fruttai”, whose main feature is to be dry and well-ventilated. The bunches remain on the second floor of the Dal Maso winery for about 6 months, losing about 50% of their weight.

The Recioto is produced only in the best vintages when natural drying and fermentation are able to guarantee a quality level at the highest standards that the history and tradition of this product impose.
