Vin Santo di Gambellara DOCG

Produced with Garganega grapes, it is a rare nectar and of ancient memory. During the harvest we select the most sparse and healthiest Garganega bunches. They are placed in small boxes inside special locales called “fruttai”, whose main feature is to be dry and well-ventilated. The bunches remain on the second floor of the Dal Maso winery about 6 months. It has always been the wine of the great occasions and inevitably you remain wordless at the tasting of a wine with more than 10 years of ageing in small oak barrels.
