Riva del Molino Gambellara DOC

The grapes of the “Riva del Molino” come from a vineyard that in the eighteenth century covered an old mill that was at the center of the peasant life of the time. Today this vineyard is in the “Classica” area of the Doc Gambellara.

The best grapes with a slight planting surmaturation are carefully selected in the vineyard, harvested with extreme care and gently pressed into the cellar. The wine is aged in barrels for a short time to give wine an even greater taste and olfactory complexity.
