The light sunny slopes of the Berici Hills guarantee ideal conditions for our “Casara Roveri Merlot”. Clayey, fertile, and warm soils give birth to a fruity and concentrate wine with a good ageing potential of up to 10 years. Casara Roveri is a powerful, velvety, intense and full-bodied wine. The notes of ripe fruits are accompanied by herbal flavors and thick but velvety tannins creating a pleasantly complex texture.
