Casara Roveri Cabernet Veneto IGT

The Cabernet Sauvignon finds on the Berici Hills a perfect habitat: the hilltop position at about 150 m asl, sun exposure for almost all day and a slight breeze in the late afternoon make the “Casara Roveri” vineyard one of the most interesting cru of the Dal Maso production. The grapes are harvested by hand, with extreme care and selecting the best bunches. The ageing in barriques and barrels gives the wine a unique roundness and elegance.
