Dining in the Vines… in white

Join us on July 20th for a 4-course dinner in the vineyard between vine rows prepaired by the chef Francesco of the restaurant “La Marescialla”.

Picture a warm summer evening, tables are set with candles, flowers and wine glasses… Aromas of food swirl around you as you sip wine and talk to friends….soft music in the air… and then explore the vineyard looking for hidden wine bottles and special gifts for you: you can keep what you find! J

Dress code: total white (not mandatory but appreciated)

7.30 pm – 8.30 pm Aperitif

8.15 pm – 8.45 pm Winery tour (upon request)

8.45 pm dinner

 

MENU

Aperitif

Crayfish with cherry tomatos, muzzarella di bufala and basil

Black bread with Cantabrico anchovy and stracciatellla (Italian cheese)

Gourmet sandwich with “Zugliano’s porchetta”, cabbage and Sichuan pepper

Black rice with seasonal vegetables

Wine pairing: “Cà Fischele” Gambellara Doc – Durello Lessini Doc

First course

Green tortelloni on stracciatella cream with Mediterraean herbs – scented confit cherry tomatos

Wine pairing: “Casara Roveri” Sauvignon Colli Berici Doc

Second course

Spit-roasted meat (we will host a special big: beef, “capocollo” (pork), pork ribs, chicken. Stuffed tomato and vegetables pie.

Wine pairing: “Casara Roveri” Cabernet Igt Veneto

Dessert

Cheese cake with fresh fruit and rasperry coulis and meringa drops

Wine paring: “Riva dei Perari” Recioto di Gambellara Docg

Upon request, we can prepare vegetarian options.

We suggest to bring with you appropriate clothing for a dinner outdoors
